Refresh a page after downloading.

I want to refresh the page after downloading a file.
How can I refresh a page after a Response.end() .

in C#

ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript(this, this.GetType(), "onload", "javascript:location.reload(true);", true);

in VB

ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript(Me, GetType(), "onload", "javascript:location.reload(true);", True)
