How to keep on adding data after page is loaded?

Suppose the query result has 5000 rows which need to be populated in a gridview (without Paging).
When user clicks on a button immediately he can see the output (let say 500) but simultaneously it should get rest rows without user's knowledge.

0	No,My question is to fetch data only once.Since the output is having 5000 rows so get 500 data and show the page and then without the knowledge of user slowly populate other records like in facebook.
