how can i prevent the edit action in textbox?

Hi,

Here is i am having requirment like this. in newinvoice if i select company name corresponding to that companyname customeraddress also displayed automatically. when the executiontime customeraddress it wont be deleted or modified are no changes by the customer.how can i prevent this.please do the needful.
