Help On Sending Sms automatically

Hi
I have a table with the following structure Class_Id,Parent_No,M1,M2,M3,M4,M5.
I am using List Box to bind classes where i can select more than one class.
Now my requirement is i need to send automatic Sms from database when the marks i entered are less than pass percent stating that the child has failed in the particular subject of particular class .How to do this.Explain me with an Attachment

0	You cant send an SMS from the Database, what you can do , is to write a Windows Service that will Run every 5 Seconds and check your Condition in the Database and Send an SMS.
