Problem in File maintaince Application

Dear friends and all the respected peoples,

We have lot of files in our institute,like student registration file. In this file have a various Document,Certificate etc.
I want to put this file in Asp.net application. We decide to give a specific number for each file & Scan that Document &
Certificate in .JPEG format, now I want to prepare that each file turn as the pages of book in asp.net application
Please help me do that work.
