I want to update joinging with three table

Dear Friend

I have a three tables(like A,B,C) in this table CNO is a Foreign key in each table, i want to joing in each table then
Update C table one column.

Please help me that matter.

UPDATE ARR_FULL SET BANK_UP = 'Z' FROM ARR_NOV INNER JOIN ARR_DEC ON ARR_NOV.CNO = ARR_DEC.CNO INNER JOIN ARR_FULL ON ARR_DEC.CNO = ARR_FULL.CNO WHERE (ARR_NOV.TOTAGE = '0') AND (ARR_DEC.TOTAGE = '1') that is my query......
