Dear all,
Pls rectify this error i've got an error web service call failed when i wanted to display the specific records in a gridview by mouseover and mouse out event..why it occurs pls help

Pls go through this I'v e an Grid view control which specifies UserName when i place my mouse over the image on search which popups with one more modal popup extender which displays the specific user id other details such as Age location etc.....I've done this using web service..but it shows me Web service Call failed 500 instead of other detais..Pls rectify it
