Gridview controled by arrow keys

I need a gridview rows of which should be controlled by arrow keys and at the sametime the details of that row should be available in a panel right side to it.

0	Yes its working in IE. Not in chrome.Other browsers i did not try it in other browsers. Cant it be without javascript. Because if we use javascript , it has to be browser compatible.
