Query for Fetching Records

Dear frnds...
I wanted to pull the Data (Customer Name) from Gridview. Whaen i click on any Name from the grid it comes in to my textbox where i can insert that pulled value.Next time when inserting another records my grid should not display the values which i've inserted...

0	Consider i've one search button which displays or popups Customer name in a gridview when i click search from that popupped gridview when i click on any particular name(Eg:Raj) in row 4.That selected value Raj is displaying in my Text box with this im inserting some more information with name Raj.At second time when i click on search bitton that stored value RAJ should not display in my pop up Grid...It for windows app..Everything is working fine i just need a query to fetch records according to my above explained req..I hope u understood.. thanx n Advance...Pls do it..
