Hi i'm running on 64-bit machine...
here i'm generating process from path "C:\Windows\System32\calc.exe"
now from .Net Application i collect information of all running process and display their path.
in that case for calc process it shows me "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\calc.exe"
how and why happend so...???
plz anyone has idea.....reply asap...

0	Just for information System32 -> C:\Windows\System32 -> 64-bit files SysWOW64 -> C:\Windows\SysWOW64 -> 32-bit files Program Files -> C:\Program Files -> Folder for 64-bit program files Program Files (x86) -> C:\Program Files (x86) -> Folder for 32-bit program files If you are talking about .NET applications simply verify that you are not targeting x86 in the properties of your project. System32 -> C:\Windows\System32 -> 64-bit files
SysWOW64 -> C:\Windows\SysWOW64 -> 32-bit files
Program Files -> C:\Program Files -> Folder for 64-bit program files
Program Files (x86) -> C:\Program Files (x86) -> Folder for 32-bit program files

If you are talking about .NET applications simply verify that you are not targeting x86 in the properties of your project. Change to Any CPU and try.
