how to fetch specific field of file and store its value in textbox

Hi frnds,
Pls tell me how to fetch the specific field of the file and storing its value in the textbox.
My requirement is after selecting file through fileupload control i want to store one of its field value in textbox for deletion operation...
Pls pls help me.
M using ASP.NET...

0	I want to fetch single field from the table so that from that field i can fetch id and that id link to other table fields like i have to delete those records of that of which id is fetch form other table in which id is there.
