There is no ready made control for Time picker, of course we have for Date picker in ASP.NET AJAX Control toolkit.

Look at this example http://milesich.com/tpdemo/, hope this is your exact requirement. View source this page and download all the .js file.

In order to download the theme of the DateTime picker, download it from http://jqueryui.com/download/

Place all the images in "images" subfolder of the folder where you have kept your theme css file.

Raja is Correct , to Creat a DataPicker, you need to use a Calender Control , a TextBox, and a linkButton. Make the Calender Control to be invinsible and when the page load there will only be the textbox and the linkbutton. If the user Clicks on the Link Button, write a code to Show the Calander, and on the selected event of the calender, assign the selected date with a format you want to the textbox and the lastpart set the calender control visibility to false and set the autopostback property of your textbox to true.

There is this control which is a free asp.net server control:

It doesnt look as pretty as the jQuery one linked above but it is easier to integrate into asp.net websites if you dont have any previous experience with integrating jquery ui.

You also have the option of adding some css styles to integrate it into your site a little better.
