Just out of interest - Are updates posted anywhere?

I just noticed the wording on the message box has been updated again and the forums menu item seems to have moved over a bit this weekend.

I was really just wondering if these changes were blogged or posted anywhere so we know whats new with the site? This forum would be a good place to announce them!
