i want to Create a website
that website is to be attched a special number
example(57272). when customer is sending a sms to this number you will
get 3rs each sms and give some what% to me. Please give me some ideas...i m new to dotnet....

It seems to me that you are talking about paid SMS for particular number and the amount will be paid to you by operator as money of sms is deducted from his prepaid / postpaid account. and it will be paid to you by mobile operator so I don't think, website comes in to the picture.
