There are different ways to store image in db and view as per requirement:
1.You can keep image directly as an image in sql database and view as and when required
2.You can save image in a folder and keep the name of file in database.While you need to display it ,read the file-name from database and then use the physical path of the file to show it
3.You can store the physical path of the file in database and keep your file in a sub-folder of project, so that you can use Reporting ( and show the image file in Report-Header.

Hi,
You can have a grid view in your form and in the template fields you can have labels and image tools.
Then you need to evaluate each label & image with your db column name.
The best way to store image in db is to store the url as varchar .
