how to handle both client side validation and sever side validation at same time

hi, in my project i have both client side validation and server side validation but the problem is that if client side validation are working so server side are not working and reversal so please let me know how can we do that . its too urgent.

0	you can use onclientclick and onserverclick event or you can use following lines to add javascript function to validate this.controlID.Attribute.Add("OnClick")="javascript:return functionname();"; it will run javascript function first if it returns true, it will check server side validation.
