convert a webpage using ABCPDF in ssl connection

I have a website and i am trying to convert page to pdf using ABCpdf. when i use "http" the pdf is generating, but if i enable ssl/certificate (https) pdf is not generating. "unable to render html,page timedout". anybody has faced the same issue ?
