how to add a new page in mvc3 with razor

hi i m new in mvc..

i hv created an application in mvc3 wid razor. on logon page i have just add a hyperlink @Html.ActionLink("Log On", "Welcome", "Account")
and den created a layout in shared folder and a view in account folder.
Now my question is wat should url make wen i click on href.
wen i write the following url in address bar its generating error "The resource cannot be found."
http://localhost:56462/Account/welcome

Plz help me

two step you want to perform
1. add account folder inside view folder (in solution explorer by right click on view->add->new folder rename as account )
2. then right click account folder add->view name as welcome select view engine as Razor
