way to connect online mssql database of website in c# windows application

hello friends.
i have the website, which is having the online MS SQL server database, i have made the pages in ASP. Anyhow for updating the data of website i have to loin to the website admin zone only. i have created the windows application so with the internet connection i can update the data from my windows application only. But i experienced many problems regarding the data is not updating and I'm not able to fetch the data also from the remote SQLServer . So i need the assistant that how can i do that , so that i can update the website database through windows application.

I want to create a windows application so that i can Add, Update , Delete And Modify the the database from the Windows application.
