hello friends,

one of my friend took up a technical session in a small concern.

few questions from that.

1) what is so powerful in .net when compared to php / servelets

2) compare and contrast wcf /webservices.

3) can i use a webservice with windows application

0	1) what is so powerful in .net when compared to php / servelets When .NET was introduced i ran to the Bookstore to get a Book. There were lot of things that are better than PHP. one thing that kept me smiling while reading the Book is ADO.NET, but again it depends on a Person , but .NET is the Most beautiful thing that has ever happened in the world of Programming. 2) compare and contrast wcf /webservices. Well WCF is better and its not protocol dependent like webservices and its more Flexible and faster than a Webservice. its a Fact. 3) can i use a webservice with windows application yes, Webservices can be Consumed by a win app. there is no difference, you add a web reference and create an object of a class and access the methods in the web service.
