- Windows authentication
- Passport authentication

2 : Asp.Net Page Life Cycle

3 : State management

4 : Diff between Data Reader and Data set

5 : diff between gridview, repeater, datalist

6 : Interface ,abstract class .... oops concept

7 : About Your Projects

as per Kk86kiran 's first answer
he is correct.
mine answer is also similar like him.
but i want to add some more points that.
you should prepare above mention points conceptually.
and this points may be cover in interview
asp control,html control,css, advance javascript,jqury,complex sqlqueries,mvc,linq etc.
oops concepts are hart of programming.

i have given this answer as you understanding you are working with web application because you didn't mention that you are working on web or windows.
if it is web, ans may be useful to you.
