How to make my file a default page in other PC

I've designed a page in ASP.net in my PC. In my PC i've installed IIS server.

I wan't that page to be displayed when i type http://localhost in my PC.

At the same time in other pc if i type my PC's ip address in the browser it should open this page.

How to achieve it.
