Why MembershipCreateStatus.DuplicateEmail wont fire

Problem statement: Two users can register with same email...

Is this working for anybody.?

It depends on the table creation
Consider if the developer makes the username column as primary key then duplicate email will throw an error similarly in the other case it wont throw an error

0	I have used web administration tool, and all other methods are firing except duplicate email. Why other methods are firing and not email.
