i want to develop web site in asp.net

You need to have master page which defines the static content of the page and then the content pages with placeholders whose contents can be retreived from the database according to the requirement. like for the property page, the contents can be from a db which stores info abt the properties and the jeweller site contents can be retrieved from the corresponding db. Appropriate css and styles can be created and applied wherever required. You can refer to the source of the the page and design dynamically, for ease!!
