Screen Resolution Problem in ASP.NET

Hi,

I am developing ASP.NET application, in that i am using iframe to popup some values for selection. when i tried to open the pop up in I.E 6.0 with the screen resolution (1280 by 1024 pixels) it is showing properly. but at the same time when i tried from screen resolution (1024 by 768 pixels) , the page is showing improperly in the screen, even i am using the same I.E 6.0 and in table i used "%" instead of pixels. Can anyone give the solution.
