Sheo's Advice on Sunday, December 6, 2015 :
Hi Anurag,

Happy to hear that your mother is well now. Please convey our good wishes to her.

As you have already worked as a .net developer, the chances of getting .net job is higher. Perhaps you are working as an Admin staff because there might be no or less demand of .net developers in Gwalior.

Before you try for .net jobs, I would recommend you to prepare yourself well for the interview and then job. While preparing for the interview, do not focus much on interview questions but focus on getting knowledge and experience. Once you have knowledge, you all automatically pass the interviews. DotNetFunda interviews sections will help you a lot in doing this and on top of that you keep following articles, forums and codes section regularly. Try to answer forums question that will help you to be familiar with real time problem people face in the real projects and how to solve them. Learn ASP.NET MVC and related technologies that is used in .NET development from TechFunda (because this website has all real time problems and the best possible solutions) that will help you in getting experience and knowledge both at the same time.

While learning new technologies, do not just read the code but practice them by writing the code with your own hand that will help you a lot in getting them quickly in your mind.

Once you are comfortable with the technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, C#, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3 etc., start submitting your resume in jobs websites. Keep appearing telephonic interviews and once if selected appear in face to face interview.

Demand of salary is purely based on what you are giving to company; if you give more to the company in terms of work and productivity, you do not need to demand; companies will give you more than you ask for. So your focus should be to learn more and more and solve problems in the best possible ways.

I hope you would be placed in the software company soon. Good luck.

You should consider IT Certification too as they assure employers that the candidate is competent enough in my company.

Although considerable clarity has been achieved in some areas, no such conceptualization has yet answered all the important questions, and none commands universal assent. https://www.yallacleaning.com/cleaning-dubai/
