Rajesh's Advice on Sunday, April 17, 2011 :
The natural progression will be to move to Tech Lead or Project Lead based on your interest. If you are more technically inclined then Module Lead->Tech Lead->Tech Arch->Solution Arch/Enterprise architect is a good career path. This may vary from company to company.
If you are more inclined towards management then Module Lead/Project Lead/Project Manager/Deliver Manager and so. The choice is yours based on your interest.
But each progression demands its own area of skills and some basics which are absolutely must. Please do refer other questions on this forum which may specifically deal with these roles.
